The Community

Our mission is to support the residents and businesses in our community by addressing urgent needs for local adults,veterans, & youth through structured programs that lead to long-term financial stability.

We also want to encourage young people to recognize the importance of becoming future leaders of our community through a variety of mentorship programs.

Our non-profit organization is recognized as a 501(c) (3) and holds a Certificate of Registration with the State of Ohio. Our EIN is available upon request. All donations are tax deductable.

Services

Financial Assistance and Community Services

We offer direct financial assistance of up to $75.00 to individuals and families facing temporary economic challenges. For those experiencing financial hardship, our organization connects people with emergency resources, including access to food, housing, and utility support.

In addition to financial aid, our services include minor Handyman Services, and emergency assistance, which is available after 5:00 PM to better support those in need outside of regular business hours.

Handyman Services

Our handyman services are specifically designed to assist with non-contractual tasks within your property. We are committed to providing support for a range of minor repair and maintenance needs, ensuring that your environment remains functional and well-maintaine

Types of Services Offered

· Addressing leaky faucets

· Repairing small drywall areas

· Painting projects

· Small assembly tasks

· Minor electrical work

· General maintenance tasks

· Yard work

Please note that our handyman services do not cover contractual work. We are only able to assist with small-scale, non-contractual tasks as outlined above. For any work that requires a formal contract, clients will need to seek alternative arrangements.

We Aim To Help The Community is proud to celebrate a special milestone with Lorine’s Little Learners as they mark their 10th Anniversary!

To help make this celebration even more special, We Aim To Help The Community will be giving away book bags to local children and families during the anniversary celebration. We believe every child deserves the tools and encouragement they need to succeed in school.

This giveaway is part of our commitment to supporting children, families, and the community we serve. We are honored to partner with Lorine’s Little Learners and celebrate ten years of dedication to educating, caring for, and helping young learners grow.

Congratulations to Lorine’s Little Learners on 10 amazing years! We look forward to celebrating this important achievement and continuing to make a positive difference in our community—one family, one child, and one act of kindness at a time.

As the founder of We Aim To Help The Community, I am proud to announce our first annual Fall & Winter donation drive. This initiative is focused on supporting families throughout Richland County who may need a helping hand.

Where Donations Will Go

Your support will help provide meaningful assistance to local families, including:

· School fees and classroom supplies
· One-time assistance with lights, gas, and water bills
· Additional support for families facing hardship

Neighborhood Clean-Up Day(s)

Throughout the calendar year, we are committed to fostering active engagement within our community by organizing a dedicated one-day clean-up event in one of the local neighborhoods. This initiative is designed to bring together residents, volunteers, and members of our organization in a collaborative effort to enhance the appearance and environment of the area. By working side by side, participants will not only help to beautify their neighborhood but also strengthen community bonds. This shared experience encourages a sense of pride and collective responsibility among both community members and local leaders, reinforcing our mutual commitment to maintaining a welcoming and vibrant environment for all.
